Ports and Fittings

• Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.

• Fuel Injector Compatibility

  • This fuel rail is compatible with factory or OEM equivalent fuel injectors. If upgrading fuel injectors, consult your aftermarket injector supplier for details. Radium Engineering cannot specify any further injector dimensions other than stating ‘OEM equivalent’.

      The EVO 8-9 Fuel Rail features a large 0.69 ID bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. The rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, bright-dipped anodized and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

      Unlike most aftermarket EVO 8-9 fuel rails on the market, the Radium fuel rail eliminates the OEM 2 bolt inlet flange which uses a restrictive 0.22 (5.7mm) orifice. All three ports use -8AN ORB threads.
